Our Vision and Mission

Our vision is to perpetuate productive and mindful individuals, families, and organizations. We bring this vision into reality by developing diverse, internally empowered leaders who use the principles and practices of Choice Theory as taught through the Internal Empowerment Coaching program. Our goal is to teach individuals, families, and organizations to reframe, reorganize, and reallocate resources to become effective coaches and leaders. Our objectives are to:

  • Fulfill the charge and scope given to Les Triché by the late, renowned Dr. William Glasser, psychiatrist, and author
  • Equip individuals to effectively and responsibly coach oneself, then “pay it forward” by coaching others
  • Endorse and annually train responsible internal empowerment coaches to help enhance families', agencies', and corporations' transformation to effective coaching and leadership

Our Values

The following core values guide our behavior in all our endeavors and interactions:

Internal Empowerment: We trust ourselves to know that we have the answer inside us. We challenge individuals to find the answer to their own challenges. We show our happiness and excitement with the achievement of our students. We share our own personal stories that illustrate how people can change their lives for the better. We find a way to overcome obstacles to achieve what we want. We help individuals help themselves.

Connecting: We interact with a multitude of segments of society. We take advantage of any opportunities to network and cultivate relationships to support our students’ success. We take the time to create relationships and advocate on the behalf of our students. We welcome international visitors to witness what we do and participate in our activities. We stay connected with the William Glasser community to continue the legacy of Doctor William Glasser and perpetuate its standards.

Planning: We teach individuals to strategically choose personal advisors who can help them stay on course, hold them accountable, and get the resources to achieve their vision. We train others to pay it forward. We continually assess how we are doing and make adjustments to achieve better results. We continually engage in learning the latest principles and practices and maintaining and enhancing our certifications. We are resourceful in helping our students become successful.

Character: We practice what we teach; we live it in our own lives. We hold ourselves to a high level of integrity. We always strive for improvement. We hold confidential all communication between student and teacher. We fulfill our promises and commitments. We give generously of our time and attention to the needs of our students. We give credit to authors for their work and students for their creativity and contributions.

Uniqueness: We value people and encourage them to enhance their own strengths to control their response to challenges. We unite people around common concerns, but recognize, respect, and maintain individuality. We treat all individuals with respect and go out of our way to seek out people society has neglected. We accept everyone as they are without regard to language or educational limitations.
